It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver the order within Pakistan. In case of items such as refrigerators, Television of size 40” and above, Washing machines and other major appliances, which are delivered by the supplier, the delivery happens within 5-7 business days. In the unlikely event of the product not available with the Supplier, Holistic DG reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer (if already paid) or suggest alternatives to the customer for a similar product.

Purchases from categories other than Large Home Appliances, Large Televisions are charged flat. However, DG Members do not pay any delivery charge whatsoever.

No. Currently we do not deliver outside the Pakistan. However, you may get in touch with our call center on for any specific requirement. We will offer assistance to you based on the availability of the product and delivery feasibility outside the Pakistan.
